Product Features
The above machines are designed and fabricated locally, to suit/meet the Indian standard of laminations
with appropriate hardened materials, to give maintenance free, smooth, continuous operation.
Can feed up to 0-200 nos. of E & I per minute.
Core thickness 0.45mm to 0.65 mm (CRNO) without any adjustments
Programmable VFD allows operator to set the Speed, acceleration and de- acceleration as required.
Preset counter in conjunction with proximity switch ensure exact number of core are inserted each cycle
without any variation.
AC three phase helical geared motors provides high efficiency and stability
Single Phase input VFD and three phase output allows machine to operate on single phase 230v 50Hz.
